The certificate confirms that you have successfully completed a mini-course in the basics of international coaching according to the standards of ICF, the world's largest international coaching federation.

The certificate does not entitle you to practice coaching on your own, as it is only a mini-course. Although the lack of state regulation of the profession leads to the fact that some people call themselves coaches without going through any training :)) That is their right, we are for ethics.

Who is a coach by international standards and the principles of his work

You will learn who a coach is by international standards and how coaching differs from counseling, NLP practices, and the work of a psychologist. Understand the potential of the coaching profession, see the international statistics and structure of a coaching session and work in long contracts. In the end, we will answer your questions.

On this day there will also be a test for consolidating the material learned, which is mandatory for Standard and Optimal package holders.

A look at the 8 competencies of coaching by international standards as well as the manifestation of 37 markers in a single coaching session.

Competency №2 "Incarnates a Coaching Way of Thinking" and Coaching Demonstration Session

You will learn the basics of one of the 8 coaching competencies "Incarnates a Coaching Way of Thinking" according to ICF international standards, and you will also observe a demonstration full coaching session with one of the mini-course participants. Your questions will be answered.

A test to consolidate the material on competence 2 will be available for participants who have purchased a Standard or an Optimal package.

Competency №3 "Creates and Maintains Agreement" and group coaching on life purpose

You will go through the basics of competency №3 "Creates and Maintains Agreement", the markers of its manifestation in a coaching session, and get answers to your questions.

In group coaching, you will work on your big life goal and understand what is valuable and important for you. After the session, you will take an accessible test to consolidate the material on competence №3.

Practice on competence №3 in triples with the opportunity to choose the time of practice

Summarizing the basics of the third competence, you will be able to practice the manifestation of the markers of this competence in organized triples in various roles, which will give you the opportunity to consolidate the knowledge gained in practice and take the first step in developing the skill of manifestation of competence.

Practice will be available for those who have purchased "Standard" or "Optimal" packages with the opportunity to choose the time of participation in practice.

10 steps to success in the coaching business and all about international qualifications

We will share factors for building a successful coaching business based on our own successful experiences, talk about what not to do, and show and tell you all about how to get an international coaching qualification and answer your questions.

If the circumstances change and I want to get my money back, what should I do?

There are refunds! The main thing is to apply for a refund before 12:00 a.m. (Kyiv time) on January 22, because after that, the applications will not be processed and you will be considered ready to participate in the conference.
